The PYM 700 Parts Washing Machine with Basket can be manually opened and closed using gas pistons. The water temperature can be adjusted to the desired level using the electrical heating resistances inside the machine.

Our parts washing machines operate within a temperature range of 0-85°C. The water switch in the machine's water tank monitors the water level and automatically stops the machine from operating if the water level is too low, protecting the resistances and pumps from damage.

The PYM 700 Parts Washing Machine body is made entirely of chrome sheet. Additionally, the rotating basket and all other components are hot-dip galvanized, offering a guarantee against rust. Optionally, the rotating basket and other components can be manufactured from 304 or 316-grade stainless steel.

Parts to be washed are placed on the fixed rotating basket inside the machine. Once the lid is closed, the machine cleans the parts by spinning them with high-pressure detergent and water.

The washing process is designed to clean oil, sawdust, dirt, and debris from dirty surfaces at various angles using time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles, depending on the part's structure and level of contamination.

The machine is designed for efficient washing with minimal consumption of water, detergent, electricity, time, and labor, thanks to its circulation system that filters and reuses water.
